1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible items within 28 days of the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in its original condition
Have all original packaging
Have no signs of wear or damage
Include any tags or accessories
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if they have been worn — for example, earrings and pierced jewellery where seals or packaging have been opened. (Adjust this line based on your actual product hygiene rules.)
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return:

Provide your order number and the reason for the return
Follow the instructions provided in your return authorisation
Return requests must be initiated within 28 days of delivery.
Returns not authorised in advance cannot be accepted.
3. Return Shipping (UK)
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless:
✔ The item is defective, ✔ The item is incorrect or damaged at delivery.
In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label for UK addresses.
Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges online.

5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item:
✔ We will inspect it ✔ Then issue a refund to your original payment method
Refund timing:
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the return is received
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account
Refunds cover the item price only; original shipping charges are not refunded, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described:
International customers are responsible for duties / taxes and return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
